0105 (2) Licensor was informed the area upstairs was being rented out by adult individuals. (Licensor will get further clarification due to the home having a seperate entrance and exit stairway) and having no access to the Family Home Care from the inside. (Temporary wood panel placed to block any access from upstairs by either tenants. 0105 (3) Licensor will get further clarification if the 4 renters need a TB test due to not having any access to the Family Home Care from inside.
